Diet in pregnancy…🌸



I’ll post what agrees & what doesn’t agree with me πŸ˜©πŸ˜‚ The first 14 weeks all I could stomach was homemade Caribbean soup 😍😩 but all of what I document here is after! Some of them I’ve attempted more that once or twice & my body just won’t have it! 

This is a mixed meal! Overall a positive meal but I looovveeeee pizza & this being my second/third attempt it is clear my bubba doesn’t agree with it!

Before pregnancy I HATED fresh cream but I craved this randomly one night & I can say these chocolate eclairs hit the spot βœ…


I know what you’re thinking! Dark chocolate yuck! Trust me I agree. However this tastes so banging! And I’m left with no heart burn & feeling good after πŸ˜‡ Ive only had 1/2 a week so far so I’m not overindulging. πŸ˜‚



These Gala Apples have even my favourite since I was 13ish weeks! I can eat it ANY time of the day or night as long as they’re fresh and crunchy ! 🍎



These babies have been sitting well with me my WHOLE pregnancy. I absolutely love them! Great to eat inbetween meals or at night when I’m craving something sweet but I don’t want junk πŸ˜‡




Nando’s has been one restaurant that has seen me through. I normally eat half of this and carry the other half home but I feel more than content after. So much so that I need a nap πŸ˜‚ this is 9/10 for me in terms of eating out. 


Cheerios/Crunchy Nut/ Crunchy Nut Clusters is a necessity in my house πŸ˜‚ but I find at these odd times you’re hungry or when you don’t want to eat much cereal is a perfect solution! Aswell the milk means you’re still hydrated and can reduce heartburn so for me it’s a must !




At the moment I am obsessed with Taco Bells Churros 😍 I also tried their plain chicken burrito and honestly it’s my favourite 😩😍 just thinking about it makes me hungry πŸ˜‚ but honestly it’s the best and it’s not too big of small, still full of flavour without being over powering. Definitely recommended !


During my last trimester, Plain Jacob crackers with butter have been my saving grace on my sick days. My appetite hasn’t been great & is virtually non existent when I’m ill but these babies seem to give me substance and don’t upset my belly. Even on days when I have vomitting I’ll eat these to line my belly instead of it being empty. Even on my good days I’ll rather snack on these than cookies or other sweet treats. 10/10 


Since I was 25ish Weeks I became really picky with meat but seem to stomach fish really easily. I think fish is a lighter protein & with me becoming unwell again I was learning to eat less more often just like beginning. The picture above is simple honey glazed seabass fillets with carrots, baby potato & garlic & parsley prawns. I actually cleaned this plate πŸ’ͺ🏾😍 I made sure I washed it all down with good old Evian πŸ˜‚


So my most recent love in food is plain toast & strawberry jam! Talk about old skool πŸ˜‚ I’m literally enjoying this toast as we speak like it’s a flames grilled chicken wingπŸ˜‚ it is light and not too heavy on the stomach but is also sweet without leaving me feeling sickly which happens a lot. I can have this at any time as you can see 😊 this just sits with my stomach so well and lil man seems to be happy when I eat it too. 


 So this was an epic fail 😩 I call this the creep up crepe πŸ˜‚ It was 2 crepes with lemon juice & maple syrup. I felt absolutely great eating it, sat back to digest & felt like a fat kid with cake. Then I Was sick & suffered terrible acid reflux but The Oreo milkshake counter balanced it & made me feel a lot better. The only thing with the milkshake is I couldn’t finish it 😩I guess I won’t be visiting until after lil man is here.
